1. Intro (about 3 min): One human and 19 AI bots, and how the org chart works.
2. Your first AI bot (about 2 min): Setting up a coordinator AI bot with a name, a role, and standing rules.
3. A builder plus a reviewer (about 2 min): Why the AI bot that makes something never signs off on it.
4. A marketing pair (about 2 min): A writer AI bot and an editor AI bot that enforces "no claims we can't back up."
5. A security gate (about 2 min): A gate AI bot that says GO, CONDITIONAL GO, or NO-GO before anything ships, and I still make the final call.
6. A day in the life (about 2 min): How work gets checked, and where I step in.
